Objective:
Responsible for the efficient operations of the packaging line, palletizers and concrete division. Also responsible for the optimal operation of the conveying system and reports any existing and potential problems to the Operations and HSE Coordinator, as well as assisting in start-up and shut down checks and process sampling. Also responsible for the extraction of cement from Silos into Jumbo Bags and bulk cement tankers. Performs maintenance of plant equipment. Responsible for proper housekeeping of workspace and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Optimal operation of Packaging Line, Conveying System and Palletizers.
- Extraction of Cement from Silos to Packer.
- Loading/Off Loading Bulk Tanker - plant & customer site.
- Off Loading Bulk Vessels.
- Start Up & Shut Down checks of Plant & Generator.
- Diagnosis & correction of minor plant problems.
- Light/Routine maintenance of Plant Equipment.
- Maintenance Planning.
- Process Sampling.
- Cleans all sensors, transmitters and receivers at Packer and palletizers and ensures proper alignment.
- Charge Hand duties.
- Retrieving sacks.
- Month end stock taking.
- Daily silo & fuel quantification.
- Distribution of Employees Time.
- Creation of requisitions.
- Prepare move orders for raw materials & supplies.
- Support Cement & Concrete Operation.
Required Education/Expertise/Skills:
- Medium level in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Craft certificated or Technician Diploma.
- Training in Occupation Safety and Health.
- Communication skill.
- Coordination skill.
- Able working in a team.
Required Experience:
- Minimum two (2) years' work experience in an Industrial Organization or Production Plant.
- Work experience in Electrical maintenance at least 1 year.
