In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage the daily logistics and dispatching operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of orders to our customers. You will utilize advanced technology and route optimization tools, coordinate with our fleet of delivery drivers, and provide exceptional customer service to both our customers and restaurant partners. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day dispatching and logistics operations.
Assign delivery drivers to orders, balancing workloads and maintaining fairness.
Monitor delivery progress in real-time, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
Provide excellent customer service, resolving delivery-related inquiries and concerns.
Collect and analyze delivery performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with restaurant partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, schedules, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
