Join our production team as a Factory Worker and be an essential part of our bakery operations. You will be responsible for various tasks including measuring, weighing, sorting, and operating machinery to manufacture bread and pastries. Your role will involve monitoring machinery, checking product quality, and ensuring consistency to meet company standards and targets.
Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



  • Take daily production orders from the production coordinator.

  • Carry raw materials from storage to workstations.

  • Weigh, measure, and combine raw materials to manufacture dough and batter.

  • Operate mixing machines, ensuring precise speeds and ingredient addition.

  • Monitor dough texture, color, smell, and elasticity.

  • Check ingredient labels for expiry dates and measurement units, converting as necessary.

  • Inform the production coordinator of any issues with dough, machinery, or raw materials.

  • Store leftover raw materials and clean machinery.

  • Assist in shaping, cutting, and preparing dough for baking.

  • Operate baking equipment and ensure even cooking and consistent product quality.

  • Sort and separate baked products, inspecting for quality.

  • Package, seal, and label finished products.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.

  • Cross-train new staff and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow.


 


Job Requirements:



  • Sound primary education.

  • Knowledge of metric scales and measuring units.

  • Culinary or baking certification is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and precision.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
