Job Summary
Main Duties and responsibilities: -
• To support and provide clerical assistance to the accounting department.
• Invoicing, assisting customers with orders, quotations, queries, etc. via telephone, WhatsApp, emails and in-person.
Education and Experience: -
• A minimum of Five (5) subjects CSEC with passes in English Language and Mathematics.
• Working experience in billing/invoicing and interacting with customers will be an asset.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/medical industry will be an asset.
• Excellent communication skills with a self-motivated character.

• Ability to work with and without supervision and a team where required
• Good interpersonal skills – Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds
• High professional standards
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
