Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead a team of sales agents, providing direction and support as they travel with company trucks to sell products directly to customers.

  • Develop strategic sales plans to expand customer base and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Oversee product presentations and recommendations, ensuring the sales team is knowledgeable and persuasive.

  • Monitor order processing and delivery schedules to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Manage inventory levels on trucks and liaise with the warehouse for efficient replenishment.

  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, contributing to the company’s overarching sales goals.

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine sales strategies.

  • Ensure accurate sales reporting and provide insightful feedback to the management team.

  • Foster collaboration between the sales department and other company divisions to streamline operations.
