Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales agents, providing direction and support as they travel with company trucks to sell products directly to customers.
- Develop strategic sales plans to expand customer base and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Oversee product presentations and recommendations, ensuring the sales team is knowledgeable and persuasive.
- Monitor order processing and delivery schedules to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Set sales targets, and undertake sales and marketing initiatives to acieve same.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure accurate sales reporting and provide insightful feedback to the management team.
- Lead, train, motivate and manage the sales team.
- Foster a collaborative work culture within the sales team.
