Job Summary:
The Warehouse Supervisor will manage the daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of our products from storage to dispatch. This role is crucial for maintaining operational excellence and achieving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.


• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent warehousing practices.


• Measure and report on the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.


• Maintain a clean and organized inventory and storage area.


• Verify the accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions.


• Communicate job expectations and provide coaching to warehouse staff.


• Determine staffing needs and delegate workload appropriately.


• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to warehouse operations.
