Pacific Leopard is looking for an entry level Administrative Officer to provide assistance to the company by means of efficient documentation and other such office related tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Shadow and learn from fellow employees.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, drafting documents, and coordination.
- Conducting external and internal research.
- Effectively complete administrative tasks given on a daily basis
- Report to supervisors about tasks given on a daily basis
- Improve administration efficiency and effectiveness
