We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our dynamic team! The Office Assistant is responsible for clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail, and assisting with the smooth flow of daily administrative operations of the company.
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize office and assist with office procedures.
Sort and distribute mail promptly
Transport, packages in a safe manner
Map out routes ahead of time to determine the most convenient trip
Create and update records ensuring the accuracy and validity of information.
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments.
Resolve office-related malfunctions and rspond to issues.
Maintain trusting relationshipswith suppliers, customers, and colleaues.
Perform any other duties as assigned in connection with this role.
REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one (1) year of practical exprience in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Offic suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of office procedures and the operation of office equipment.
