Our client, an important company operating in the Oil & Gas industry is looking for an Auto Electrician to join his team.
The many duties will be:
Ensure the correct and timely application of the planned maintenance models and their diffusion for the fixed equipment assigned to a fabrication yard activity. Ensure planning, technical support and upgrade of all fixed equipment assigned to a Fabrication yard activity, through the maintenance teams, ensuring full compliance with schedules, Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Standard.

Salary will depend on the experience

• Perform ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the equipment and devices and provide for preventive routine and non–routine maintenance for all the equipment present in the area and/ or job sites assigned, per superior instructions received.
• Identify electrical malfunction and proceed promptly with the appropriate repairs.
• Ensure proper use and management of all electrical repairs, tools, and testing equipment.
• Interpreting the manuals and diagrams of electrical installations• Be well-informed about all relevant work and safety procedures issued by the company, Client and by the Operator, applying them and promoting their implementation.
• Use compulsory PPE protective equipment and be safety-minded during day-to-day work.
• Attend and Participate in the safety meetings, emergency drills, daily Tool box, JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and RA (Risk Assessments when required)
• Carry out duties according to the Emergency Preparedness Action Plan when needed.
• Promptly report any safety hazard, accident, near-miss accident, and non-conformance through proper channels.
• Organize tools and materials needed to perform the work.
• Ensure the storage of the tools in the appropriate location after usage
• Ensure good housekeeping in the working area.
• Report near misses and incidents to Supervisor on duty
• Propose spare parts to be purchased.
