Assembles, installs and repairs office furniture when necessary

Ability to use manual and portable power tools, hammer, drill, saw, etc.

Performs work that involves fixtures and fittings at the complex

Undertake general repairs to woodwork and other structures

Assume housekeeping duties of work area, tools and equipment
