Job Description
Answering inbound calls from potential clients to discern claim viability.
Guiding clients through detailed intake questionnaire.
Utilizing web-based software to collect data from client.
Process client applications for Social Security disability.
Input client information into Salesforce.
Requesting and/or following up on medical records.
Supporting Case Managers and Paralegals with any tasks needed or projects assigned.
Ensure all data is properly recorded.
Maintaining the high standards of professionalism .and customer service.
Respect client dignity and confidentiality
