Overall Responsibilities:
The Janitor will be required to take care of our building and carry out cleaning, maintenance and security duties.

The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

The Janitor will be required to have a strong stamina and the ability to lift heavy loads, with the ability to concentrate on performing your tasks and commit to safety rules.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

1. Lifting and repositioning of items required to facilitate events or any other forms of requests


2. Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects


3. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs


4. Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)


5. Cleaning up worksites from debris and machinery


6. Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times


7. Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager


8. Must be able to work at height
