The Sales Representative should strongly support the Sales Manager, Engineering Division, by marketing and securing sales of the company's diverse product range to new and existing customers. The executive should also provide exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets, portfolio growth, and profitability goals.

- Proficiency pass in Mathematics and English A
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales/ Marketing
- Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle in good working condition
- Have clear written and verbal communication
- Must be able to construct a proper email
- Computer literate and have knowledge extensive in Word, Excel
- Good time management and a team playe.
Responsibilities
- Ensures that individual monthly sales and gross profit targets are met.
- Forecasts future engineering opportunities by developing relationships with architectural and engineering firms and pursues sales leads on a timely basis, referring to colleagues as necessary.
- Ensures a customer retention rate through (weekly/bi-monthly/monthly) follow-ups with customers, regarding their accounts and ensuring that accounts receivables are maintained in line with the company policy.
Monitors sales progress on a regular basis, preparing and submitting weekly sales projections, sales reports, visitation reports, and expense reports, with accurate and timely reports to the Sales Manager, with sound recommendations to adjust or maintain strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identifying and satisfying customers’ needs to achieve growth and profitability targets set and through the provision of quality service to all internal and external customers (telephone, walk-in, and delivery) and resolve/directs queries in a courteous and professional manner in line with Company standards.
