We are seeking a skilled Concrete Pump Operator to join our construction team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating concrete pumps, be familiar with safety regulations and procedures, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

The Concrete Pump Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining concrete pump trucks, coordinating with dispatch to ensure timely delivery of concrete and maintaining communication with construction team members to ensure project success.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Operate and handle concrete pump machinery at construction sites


• Monitor equipment to ensure it is in good working condition for job requirement


• Set up, clean, and store equipment


• Understand the pour plan and pump concrete according to layout and specifications


• Perform regular checks on pipelines for wear and tear


• Communicate effectively with the dispatching department, concrete crew, and contractors


• Inspect concrete mixes, verify their properties and ensure they meet project requirements


• Ensure adherence to safety procedures


• Maintain accurate pouring records and make reports, if necessary


• Perform minor repair tasks when necessary

Qualification:

• Proven experience as a Concrete Pump Operator.


• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).


• Ability to operate concrete pump trucks safely and efficiently.


• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.


• Excellent communication skills.


• Good physical condition and endurance.


• High school diploma or equivalent.
