The Truck Driver will be responsible for driving a 5-tonne Truck to transport goods from one location to another, loading the vehicles, abiding by traffic laws, and ensuring safe unloading and delivery at their destination

• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures


• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions


• Collect and verify delivery instructions


• Report defects, accidents or violations


• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules


• Transport goods and other materials over to the various distribution centers

Requirements:

• Valid truck driving license


• No recent driving violations


• Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations


• 5+ years' experience driving a Truck.


• Defensive driving training is a plus


• Experience driving a 5-tonne truck
