Job Description
Do you have a passion for providing the best service to make people's lives better?

We are now offering a base salary of $120,000 to $150,000 for persons with Customer service experience. If you do not have experience in the customer service field, you can still apply for one of our offers of $85,000 per month.

Job Requirements:




What will you be doing: 
-Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls 
-Processing payments, cancellations, resolving billing issues and inquiries.
-Handle customer inquiries in a consistently polite, professional, and efficient manner as measured by customer feedback scores 
-Follow scripting to promote recurring payments and self-service options 
-At ease with multi-tasking in several computer applications at once while holding a conversation with a customer 




What skills will you need: 




-1 -2 years of customer service experience, preferred but not required  
-Proven proficiency with data entry, computer applications, Windows environment, and accessing the internet and e-mail 
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
-Self-motivated and able to work independently and adhere to assigned schedule with minimal assistance
