NATURE AND SCOPE OF JOB SUMMARY
The Human Development Generalist is responsible for supporting the various functions in the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding. He/She would serve as the primary contact for the front office, supporting both employees and management while ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1 year of experience in HR.
Certificate or Diploma- in Human Resources Management, business or another related field.
Customer service experience would be a plus.
Understanding of local labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficiency in MS Office

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
- Maintain employee records.
- Facilitate the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Prepare, various employment documents such as contracts, job letters, etc.
- Facilitate meetings with staff on employment matters, including disciplinary hearings.
- Supports with payroll preparation.
- Administering benefits, such as medical insurance.
- Process offboarding.
- Perform any other tasks or functions as assigned.
