Job Description
- Carlos Pasta Bowl is seeking a talented and reliable Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pasta dishes and local meals that meet our standards for taste, presentation, and consistency. This role requires strong kitchen skills, attention to detail, and a passion for food.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of pasta dishes and local favorites
Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
Ensure food is cooked and served in a timely and hygienic manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Assist with inventory, food prep, and stocking supplies
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to deliver excellent service
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cook, preferably in pasta and local cuisine
Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
