Job Summary
The selected professional will be required to work on-site, providing support in general administrative tasks, document management, customer service, and assistance in the coordination of events, among other duties typical of the role. It is essential that the candidate possesses proven proficiency in both languages and prior experience in institutional or diplomatic environments.
Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems.

  • Prepare, edit, and format official correspondence, reports, and other documents.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, letters).

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Provide logistical and administrative support for events and official functions.

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.

  • Support the office with any additional administrative tasks.

  • Ensure confidentiality and protection of sensitive information.


Requirements:



  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under minimal supervision.

  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality.
