Job Summary
As a Quality Control Inspector, you bring value to GKB by accurately and thoroughly performing quality control inspections, checks, and tests on various material types received, any work in process, or finished products to ensure compliance with job specifications. Inspectors utilize established standards and measurement equipment to verify acceptable dimensional tolerance or pressure integrity.
Job Description
Participate in an on-the-job and active on the shop floor training program learning the use of gauges for premium and API threads
Document all dimensional inspection results on the required documents.
Maintain traceability on nonconforming products.
Perform end drift inspections under all premium connections.
Learn to receive inspection SOPs and perform these inspections as needed.
Follow the requirements of GKB’s safety program.
Other duties as assigned.
