Key Responsibilities:



  • Meet and exceed the sales goals established by the Branch Manager.

  • Follow the outlined sales procedures and guidelines with diligence.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while fostering long-lasting relationships with clients.

  • Work in tandem with other divisions to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operational effectiveness.

  • Showcase the Company's products and services to our customer base, striving to meet sales budgets and cultivate profitable business with both new and existing clients, measured by:


    • Monthly contract sales budget

    • Monthly product sales budget

    • Monthly job sales budget


  • The ideal sales strategy for hitting targets includes:


    • 6 confirmed customer appointments each day

    • 8 prospect calls per day


  • Weekly reviews of forward planning and current activities, with daily reporting required.

  • Daily use of the activity tracking tool is mandatory.

  • Identify and assess new business ventures by bringing in profitable new customers, while also upselling to enhance value for existing clients.

  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on technological advancements.

  • Observe competitor and market trends, sharing significant changes with management and staying informed through personal interactions with customers and participation in industry events, seminars, and trade shows.

  • Conduct business negotiations with a focus on safeguarding the company’s profitability.

  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to craft effective sales plans and strategies, leveraging available marketing resources to reach targeted customers.

  • Ensure daily sales activities align with KPIs and are reported through the SOLO tracking tool.

  • Provide precise and thorough quotations using the "Speed Reporter."

  • Secure sales using designated company pricing tools and price lists, ensuring all orders are accurately processed with the required information.
