Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead in-country business development, strategic growth initiatives, and serve as a key contact for client relationship management.
• Ensure effective training of all stakeholders in Company HSSE standards, policies, and administrative controls.
• Regularly obtain client feedback through interactions and business development initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Accountable for attracting, retaining, and extending key contracts while supporting tender and contract preparation.
• Support and lead the development of additional service lines as required to enhance business growth.
• Develop and implement plans across offshore and onshore divisions to ensure superior service delivery.
• Support staffing processes, training, and development while providing leadership, mentoring, and coaching.
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate business activities to ensure profitability and overall success.
• Identify operational and commercial risks, ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality policies.
• Foster a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through visible and engaged leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor of commerce or engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Completion of a recognized management course.
- Strong work ethic.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong analytical and diplomacy skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
- Knowledge of Commercial T’s and C’s, insurances, standard rate development, company services, etc.
- Working knowledge of applicable IT programs
- Strong personnel management skills.
