The Lean Advisor will assist in the Lean transformation for client in the Guyana business region, covering various functional areas. They will foster cultural change within a designated area or team, helping them improve their Lean capabilities to achieve goals related to training, projects, and development. The Lean Advisor will coach practitioners, lead workshops, and support leadership throughout their Lean journey. This role will involve both in-person and virtual coaching sessions.

1. Implementation of Lean Methodologies with extensive hands-on experience.


2. Application of lean tools and techniques.


3. Drive Lean Transformation by applying Lean principles to streamline processes and improve efficiency.


4. Identify and Eliminate Waste across operations, focusing on optimizing workflows.


5. Coach and Train Teams to enhance their understanding and application of Lean principles and tools.


6. Guide all levels in Lean methodologies with strong presentation and group facilitation skills.


7. Manage Lean transformations, including resource deployment, program sustainment, and driving business activities.
   
   
   

1. No degree required. However, a Bachelor’s or Engineering degree is a plus, but experience is required.


2. 5+ years’ experience in teaching and applying Lean tools.  


3. Strong ability to work across various functions and locations and guide lean transformation.


4. Must be Client Focus.  


5. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Mural, SharePoint, Outlook, OneNote, Zoom, and Teams preferred.
