Job Summary
This position is responsible for maintaining the security of the company's office area, preventing security incidents, ensuring the safety of personnel and property in the office area, and providing a safe working environment for employees.
Job Description


  • Conduct regular patrols in the office area according to the specified route and frequency, and record the patrol situation.





  • Monitor the security monitoring system in real - time, pay attention to abnormal situations, and report and deal with them in a timely manner.





  • Manage the access of the office area, verify the identity of visitors, register relevant information, and issue visitor passes.





  • Inspect the safety of office facilities, such as doors, windows, fire fighting equipment, etc., and report and assist in handling problems found.





  • Respond to security emergencies in the office area, such as fires, thefts, etc., and take initial disposal measures according to the emergency plan.





  • Cooperate with the company's internal departments and external security agencies to carry out security work.





  • Maintain the order of the office area and prevent acts that affect the normal work order.
