Job Summary
The Airport Customer Care Representative (Meet and Greet Agent) is the first point of contact for Scoop Ride’s clients arriving at the airport. This role is focused on warmly welcoming expats, returning residents, and families, ensuring a seamless and personalized transition from arrival to their designated transport. The representative will assist with coordination, luggage, and ensuring exceptional service from the moment of arrival.
Job Description

Key Responsibilities


·        Meet and greet Scoop Ride customers at the arrival area with professional signage and a welcoming demeanor.


·        Assist expatriates, families, and VIP guests with wayfinding and luggage handling.


·        Communicate with the dispatch team and drivers to coordinate timely pickups.


·        Handle any arrival delays, baggage issues, or missed connections by proactively updating drivers.


·        Escort guests to their vehicles and ensure safe boarding.


·        Provide cultural hospitality, answering questions and offering light assistance to newcomers.


·        Document and report all arrivals, delays, or issues in the customer care log.


·        Using Scoop Ride Inc. Driver and Client App.


·        Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times.


·        Support emergency or high-touch client situations with discretion and care.


·        Ensure that all customer care SOPs are followed and updated as needed.


Qualifications & Experience


·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


·        Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.


·        High school diploma (CXC) or other relevant qualifications.


·        Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.


·        Familiarity with airport protocols and etiquette.


·        Ability to remain calm under pressure and assist diverse clientele.


·        Professional appearance and polite demeanor.


·        Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
