Requirements





  • High school diploma required; additional education in business administration is a plus.




  • Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions.




  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.




  • Ability to adapt to new tasks and challenges with a positive attitude.




  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.







Responsibilities





  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Manager and other team members.




  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.




  • Coordinate client meetings, appointments, and communications.




  • Assist in document preparation, editing, and proofreading.




  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files for efficient retrieval.




  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.




  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes as required.




  • Assist in data entry tasks and ensure accuracy of information.




  • Generate and maintain reports for various clients and departments.




  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow.




  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.




  • Monitor and manage task assignments to ensure timely completion.




  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
