Job Summary
A Barista handcrafts beverages, including bubble teas, coffees, specialty teas, frappes, refreshers, etc. They are responsible for taking customer orders and payments and serving snacks, among other duties in the bar area. Cleaning and sanitizing the space. Delivering exceptional customer service. Requesting customer feedback and encouraging them to return.
Job Description
- Must know the recipe for every drink ( how much boba, ice, creamer, cheese foam, number of syrups, flavor shots, etc).
- Opening preparations include preparing snacks, tidying the glass case, and cleaning the space.
- Organize and replenish ingredients.
- Welcome customers, take orders and process payments.
- Prepare and serve coffees, cold beverages and snacks. Assist undecided customers by suggesting your favorite menu items.
- Assemble and brew the perfect beverage so it looks the same as the one on the menu.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils.
- Check and reorder new stock.
- Prepare Closing List
- Must be willing to learn new skills and techniques as the needs of the business evolve.
- Any other duties assigned by the manager.
