As an operations Manager, you bring value to GKB by effectively coordinating the activities of your team so that each individual makes the greatest possible contribution to GKB’s objectives.

Responsible for supervising daily duties, conducting required training, and performing evaluations of operations     personnel while keeping the Chief Operations Officer updated on the activities of the department

Responsible for meeting the company’s financial goals through optimum utilization of personnel, equipment, and material resources

Embrace and take an active role in promoting the concepts of continuous improvement through Lean 5S

Monitor operation processes and performance metrics to ensure goals are met

Manage tasks and resources while monitoring financial budgets to make timely decisions needed to meet overall production, budget, and quality objectives of the company

Collaborate with the Chief Operations Officer to develop improved processes and metrics for shop wide implementation

Ensure all activities in support of production are coordinated and executed to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiency

Follow, uphold, and promote the requirements of GKB’s safety program

Ensure work order steps are signed and dated once completed
