Job Description
The Candidates’ duties shall include the following:
- Verify vendor and subcontractor compliance with permits, project plans and industry standards. Communicate technical, operational and SSH&E concerns to the QC.
- Monitor presence and location of protected species near field equipment and coordinate with vendor personnel.
- Collect and report protected species observation data.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience (ExxonMobil experience preferred).
- Recognized PSO training.
- Bioacoustics degree or other relevant degree/ qualifications.
- Experienced in environmental sampling, SSH&E standards, and OIMS procedures.
- Must be fluent in English with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, emails, meetings and other communication mediums.
- Must be physically fit and adhere to all project health and safety standards, including country-specific certifications necessary for offshore work.
