Job Summary
We are seeking qualified and reliable Service Providers or Independent Contractors to support our operations in the Shipping & Logistics sector. Engagement will be on a contract basis for the following functions:
Job Description

1. Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome customers/guests upon arrival.
-Maintain a visitor log for access to private office area.
-Direct guests to the appropriate person and office.
-Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
-Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
-Provide basic and accurate information in person, by phone calls and via email.
-Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries.
-Maintain office security by following safety procedures and managing access control.
-Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning etc.

Requirements:
-High School Certification or equivalent
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Professional appearance and demeanor.
-Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
-Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service is an asset.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

2. Cleaner
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning glass surfaces and windows, and emptying trash bins.
-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all office areas, including the reception, workstations, kitchen, restrooms, and meeting rooms.
-Prepare and serve refreshments (coffee, tea, water) to staff and visitors.
-Monitor and manage inventory of office and kitchen supplies; request restocking as needed.
-Keep offices and common areas clean, neat, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements:
-Prior experience in cleaning corporate office will be positively considered.
-Reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
-Good communication and time management skills.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
