Job Responsibilities
• Building professional relationships with staff and clients.
• Maintaining the image of the organization, positively at all times.
• Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline operations.
• Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance.
• Achieve sales target (Budget)
• Managing and maintaining relations with existing Contractors and Developers.
• Generation of Proposals, Production orders and Requisitions.
• Follow up with customers on open proposal and after sales support.
• Identify and research potential clients to grow existing contractor/customer list.
• Monitoring competitors’ sales activities.
• Site assessments, collection of payment document approval as required.
• Prospecting the field for new opportunities.
• Training for new employees.
• Technical Support and complaints assessments
• Negotiate terms with clients and communicate with management.
• Any other duties assigned by Management
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in sales, preferably in retail roofing sales.
• Minimum of (5) CXC subjects inclusive of Mathematics and English
• A Diploma in business or equivalent will be an asset.
• Valid Car and Van license with clean driving record.
• Computer Literacy- strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Sage 50.
• A good knowledge base of the country/region, and a willingness to learn.
• The ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Good people-management skills.
• Sensitivity to different cultural norms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Develop commercial activities in accordance with the objectives set by the company
• Promote products and services to customers and prospects.
