Clear used dishes, glassware, utensils, and linens from tables promptly and transport them to the dishwashing area
Reset tables according to restaurant standards, ensuring clean tableware, glassware, and linens are in place
Assist servers in delivering water, condiments, bread, and other table setups as needed
Maintain cleanliness of dining room, side stations, service areas, and restrooms
Support the FOH team by replenishing supplies (napkins, cutlery, glassware, condiments) throughout service
Sweep and mop floors during and after service as needed
Assist with setting up for service and end-of-shift breakdown and cleanup
Communicate any guest concerns or unusual situations to the supervisor or server immediately
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
