The Support Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a consistently clean, sanitary, and safe environment throughout the property, including public areas, staff zones, and restrooms. The role includes routine cleaning tasks, scheduled deep cleaning, and continuous restroom maintenance to ensure hygiene standards are met at all times. The Support Cleaner plays a vital support role to both housekeeping and maintenance teams.

Clean and sanitize all public areas including lobbies, corridors, stairwells, elevators, restrooms, and staff rooms

Clean and inspect all public washrooms every 15 minutes to ensure cleanliness, replenish supplies, and address any hygiene concerns immediately

Perform scheduled deep-cleaning of walls, ceilings, doors, vents, and light fixtures as assigned

Replenish supplies in restrooms, housekeeping closets, and other service areas

Empty trash bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas in compliance with safety guidelines

Clean and maintain back-of-house areas including kitchens, loading docks, and storage rooms

Assist with floor care: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and occasional buffing or shampooing

Ensure that all cleaning tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stored properly

Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the Supervisor promptly

Assist with moving furniture, event setups, and supporting room cleaning during high occupancy or peak periods

Follow company policies regarding hygiene, safety, uniform standards, and guest interaction
