Answer and manage incoming calls for reservations, takeout orders, and guest inquiries.
Guest Waitlist:
Maintain a clear and updated waitlist during peak periods with accurate wait time estimates.
Dining Room Monitoring:
Observe table turnover, cleanliness, and guest flow to ensure smooth operations.
Menu Knowledge:
Be well-informed about the menu, daily specials, and promotions to assist guests.
Guest Satisfaction:
Periodically check in with guests and support servers when needed.
Cleaning & Setup:
Keep the hostess stand clean, organize menus, and ensure the entrance area is tidy.
Closing Tasks:
Update reservation logs, clean the front area, and report any incidents to management.
