Responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic office environment by performing daily cleaning tasks, managing office and kitchen supplies, and ensuring all areas including reception, workstations, and meeting rooms remain presentable. Also assists with preparing and serving refreshments to staff and visitors.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning glass surfaces and windows, and emptying trash bins.
-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all office areas, including the reception, workstations, kitchen, restrooms, and meeting rooms.
-Prepare and serve refreshments (coffee, tea, water) to staff and visitors.
-Monitor and manage inventory of office and kitchen supplies; request restocking as needed.
-Keep offices and common areas clean, neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
-Prior experience in cleaning corporate office will be positively considered.
-Reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
-Good communication and time management skills.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
