Job Summary
We are seeking qualified and reliable Contractor to support our operations in the Shipping & Logistics sector. Engagement will be on a contract basis for the following functions:
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome customers/guests upon arrival.
• Maintain a visitor log for access to private office area. 
• Direct guests to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
• Provide basic and accurate information in person, by phone calls and via email.
• Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and managing access control.
• Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning etc. 
• Assist Management with administrative tasks as needed. 

Requirements:
• High School Certification or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service is an asset.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
