Key Responsibilities
-Provide administrative support and manage office documentation
-Coordinate employee onboarding and termination processes
-Process employee medical certificates with NIS and medical claims with insurance provider
-Support payroll preparation and attendance tracking
-Maintain employee records and HR files
-Support the implementation of MSC’s Global HR initiatives.
-Plan and execute staff activities.
-Provide administrative support to the management team
-Maintain an accurate inventory of all office supplies and promotional items.
-Manage the procurement process for all office purchases.
-Act as a liaison between Global IT and the agency.
-Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications and Experience required
-Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
-Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent organizational and time management abilities
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-High level of integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality
