The Pump Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service at the Fuel pump while maintaining accuracy with cash handling. The Pump Attendant will ensure that customers have a smooth and positive experience at the pump.

1. Assist with store opening and closing procedures as required.
2. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner as they pull up to the fuel pump.
3. Understand fuel equipment, ensuring safe operations are exercised at the fuel pumps dispensers and other equipment. 
4. Perform math calculations to calculate fuel amounts, prices and totals.
5. Processing cash payments and/ or credit and depit payments for customers.
6.  Keep track of fuel sales, fuel inventory and other daily records.
7. Resolve or escalate customer complains or concerns professionally and courteously.
8. Maintain cleanlines and organised around the fuel pumps and overall gas station ensuring free from obstructions.
9. Promoting sales, examples offering drinks and/ or snacks at the mini marts.
10. Assisting customers with minor vehicular inspection examples tire pressure and windscreen cleaning if needed.
11. maintained and comply to all company policies and safety guidelines.
