Mandatory Requirements




  • CXC passes and prior call center experience (preferred)




  • Background check and police clearance




  • Verifiable job references




  • Strong communication skills and professionalism




Strict Technical Requirements (No Exceptions)




  • Windows 10+ laptop or desktop (Intel i5 or higher)




  • No Macs, Chromebooks, or tablets




  • Minimum 100 Mbps internet noted; ethernet connection required




  • USB headset and webcam




  • Quiet, professional workspace




  • Backup power supply (minimum 3+ hours)
