Job Summary
The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at their assigned service station, ensuring excellent customer service, managing service station employees, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring the site runs efficiently and profitably.
They are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the gas station, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Additionally, gas station supervisors may handle customer complaints, schedule employee shifts, and implement marketing strategies to increase sales. Their goal is to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the gas station.
Job Description
Supervised and coordinate the activities of the gas station staff including cashiers, pump attendants and janitorial staff.
Ensure customers service standards are maintained and resolve customers  complains promptly.
Monitor fuel levels, order fuel and coordinate deliveries with suppliers.
Coach new employees on company policies and safety procedures and operational processes.
Ensure adherance to health and safety and environmental regulations.
Perform regular checks of pumps, equipment and station premises to ensure everything is in good working order.
Prepare shift schedule and manage employee attendance.
Handle daily cash reconsiliation, prepare reports and deposit sales receipts.
Balance pump attendants sales at the end of the shift.
Communication with management about performance, issues and operational updates.
Ensure compliance with all financial policies and procedures communicated by the Accounts Department.
Participate in performance management reviews and agree to relevant performance improvement plans.
Participate in all in house training provided by the HR Department.
Actively participates in the investigation and development of corrective actions arising out of incidents, oversges and shortages and customers complains.
Promptly report all health and safety incidents to management.
Active participate in all safety related trainings.
