Job Description
The Candidates’ duties shall include the following: Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments via phone, email, or in-person. Track cargo movements and provide timely updates to clients. Assist in resolving shipping issues, delays, or documentation problems. Collaborate with operations, logistics, and billing teams to ensure smooth processes. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Support the preparation of shipping documents, invoices, and any necessary paperwork. Learn and implement supervisor-provided strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 2+ years of customer service experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Must be proficient in Microsoft office.
