Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming office environment.
Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
Provide virtual and in-person training support as needed.
Assist with general office administration, including filing, generating reports, and setting up meetings.
Follow up with prospective clients for various programs offered by the company.
Assist in conducting quarterly telephone audits.
Assist with preparation and logistics for seminars and training sessions.
Ensure timely and accurate updates to the company CRM to maintain reliable records.
Accurately record financial transactions, including but not limited to invoices, expenses, and receipts into the accounting software (QuickBooks).
Assist with the preparation of customer invoices, monitor accounts receivable, including calling, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Preparation of receipts for customers.
Follow up calls with Who’s Who Clients for confirmations, artwork, etc.
Follow up calls for International Business Conference sales.
Prepare and submit daily progress reports.
Requirements:
Completion of Level 1 CAT or higher.
Knowledge in accounting with at least 1-2 years of similar experience.
Experience in QuickBooks accounting would be an asset.
Attentive to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
