Job Description

Responsibilities:



  • Provide admin and executive support to the Managing Director and senior management.

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and business documents.

  • Record meeting minutes and track action items and follow-ups.

  • Manage executive communications, emails, calls, and professional correspondence.

  • Maintain organized filing systems and confidential company records.

  • Coordinate meetings, projects, and administrative activities across departments.

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and external partners.

  • Ensure effective communication between management, staff, and stakeholders.

  • Support office administration, including supplies and operational needs.

  • Assist with internal reporting, performance tracking, and company initiatives.

  • Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment.


Requirements:



  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Experience in executive support, administrative duties/office management.

  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced operational environments.

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving capability.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email platforms, scheduling tools, and document management systems.
