Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide admin and executive support to the Managing Director and senior management.
Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and business documents.
Record meeting minutes and track action items and follow-ups.
Manage executive communications, emails, calls, and professional correspondence.
Maintain organized filing systems and confidential company records.
Coordinate meetings, projects, and administrative activities across departments.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and external partners.
Ensure effective communication between management, staff, and stakeholders.
Support office administration, including supplies and operational needs.
Assist with internal reporting, performance tracking, and company initiatives.
Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience in executive support, administrative duties/office management.
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced operational environments.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving capability.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email platforms, scheduling tools, and document management systems.
