Provide support to the baking team, in baking a variety of bread and pastries in a timely and safe manner in keeping with good food practices and stipulated standard operating procedures.

Bake products to consistency in keeping with stipulated food standards;

Operate oven and regulate oven temperature;

Assist in cleaning the oven;

Adhere to all safety policies, procedures and required standing operating procedures.

Reporting immediately any inconsistences, irregularities, defaults or deviations.
