We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at a guesthouse that offers both short-term and long-term accommodations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out, while supporting the smooth daily operation of the property. This role involves working in rotating shifts (including nights) and offers a weekly day off.

We are currently looking full time phone professionals who are experienced with taking inbound calls or making outbound calls, or willing to train the right people for the job. Training is provided, anyone who is good on the phones, can speak clearly, a fast learner, knows their way around the computer can succeed.
