Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Homecare / Personal Service Agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Homecare. This role requires a proactive individual who can supervise staff, caregivers, homemakers, attendants, manage clerical tasks, and ensure smooth operations.
We provide (1) attendant care services; (2) homemaker services that assist with or perform household tasks, including housekeeping, shopping, laundry, meal planning and preparation, and cleaning; and (3) companion services that provide fellowship, care, and protection for a client, including transportation, letter writing, mail reading, and escort services that are provided to a client at the client's residence.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Manage payroll processes and maintain accurate employee records.
Supervise and train office staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Handle clerical duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Ensure the front desk is welcoming and efficiently managed.
Maintain office supplies
Develop office policies
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
Experience
Must have Homecare / Personal Service Agency PSA experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in supervising people
Proficiency in office software applications
Familiarity with payroll systems is a plus.
