Job Summary
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a CEO or other C-level executives.
• Experience in managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and high-level projects.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Experience in corporate governance and board administration.
• Familiarity with financial and business reports.
• Project management certification or experience.
· This position may require occasional travel.
· Must be willing to work flexible hours as necessary to accommodate the CEO’s schedule.
Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Coordinate and prepare agendas, reports, and presentations for executive meetings, board meetings, and other engagements.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including employees, clients, partners, and investors.

  • Draft, review, and manage email correspondence and other communications on behalf of the CEO.

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and department heads, ensuring timely communication and follow-up on tasks and projects.

  • Assist the CEO in managing high-priority projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

  • Provide administrative support for strategic initiatives, including coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking project progress.

  • Organize domestic and international travel for the CEO, including itinerary planning, transportation, accommodations, and travel documentation.

  • Plan and coordinate executive-level events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for important documents, contracts, and reports.
