Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.

• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.

• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Supervises clerical or administrative personnel
• Any other relevant duties assigned.

Executive Assistant

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a CEO or other C-level executives.
• Experience in managing complex schedules, travel arrangements, and high-level projects.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Experience in corporate governance and board administration.
• Familiarity with financial and business reports.
• Project management certification or experience.
· This position may require occasional travel.
· Must be willing to work flexible hours as necessary to accommodate the CEO’s schedule.
