Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-house sales consultations with clients, providing advice on glass products and services.
• Perform site visits to assess client needs, provide accurate quotes, and offer solutions tailored to specific projects.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets through proactive client engagement and relationship building.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress.
Job Description
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction, glass, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle for site visits.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is an asset.
- Prior experience in B2B or construction-related sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
